IKEA Covina (serving West Covina, CA) is a 315,000-square-foot furniture store featuring a multi-level parking structure with underground elements. The project involved a significant remodel, including updated showroom sections for kitchens, living rooms, lighting, and workspaces; an expanded Swedish Food Market; and a new self-serve warehouse. Additionally, a new fire pump room was added to the parking structure.

Electrical scope included installation of new transformers and panel boards, upgraded lighting and outlets, low-voltage systems, and two 400-foot runs (totaling approximately 3,600 feet) of 500MCM fire-rated copper cable for the fire pumps
